• In order to guarantee your reservation, your credit card details and signed authorisation form need to be completed. Your credit card details are kept on file for the purpose of guaranteeing your reservation.
• We will be holding your accommodation provisionally reserved for you, but we may release it if we do not receive the completed reservation details back within three days after we send it to you.
• Our usual check-in time is after 2 pm. If you prefer an earlier arrival time, kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. We can offer an early check in for an extra charge of £20.00 (around 12a.m. or earlier)
• Our check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure. If you wish to check-out later than this, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. We can offer a late check out for an extra charge of £20.00 (around 1p.m. or later).
• We must be notified of Cancellations of confirmed reservations at least 48 hours prior to the due arrival date, otherwise the full tariff will be levied for the first night of your stay. We will do our best to resell the room and / or waive the cancellation charge but that is entirely at our discretion.
• You may settle your account upon departure with an alternative method of payment if you so wish.
• Should you require an express check-out, we will post your charges to the credit card detailed below. Your invoice will include the room rate and any outstanding extras. The replacement cost of any damage or breakages to the room or its contents, will be added to your bill.
• The Hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
