Rodney Hicks has worked within the Finance field for 12 years holding down a number of senior positions within the catering and hotel industry including Sodexho, Express by Holiday Inn and other reputable catering companies.
Searcy of London appointed Rodney as Finance Director in January of 2008. His remit of responsibilities include financial and commercial performance, corporate appraisal, external reporting and cash management.
Rodney is extremely comfortable running a complex business with multi-revenue streams and thrives on volumes and challenges. He has successfully built a strong and competent team of Finance professionals around him in order to ensure the business is secure and the team are focused toward the key objectives.
