Following the phenomenal success of the longest champagne bar in Europe, Searcys 1847 have opened the St Pancras Grand restaurant and oyster bar to much critical acclaim. Harden's Guide called it "...one of the most handsome dining rooms in London." This is not surprising given the interior was designed by Martin Brudnizki who also created the look for Scotts of Mayfair and the Club at The Ivy.
A grand look deserves a grand menu. Ours has been created by Michelin-starred chef Richard Corrigan and Executive Chef, Billy Reid (Of L'Escargot fame).
Time Out have praised the menu saying "The result is a ...menu designed to appeal to critics, gastronomes and everyman."
