• Decide on the style and ambience of your dream venue. Have you always dreamt of a winter fairytale wedding, getting hitched above the stars or even in a secret garden? Searcys collection of wedding venues have the ideal venue for you.

• Compile a guest list. If you've fallen in love with a venue that cannot accomodate all of your guests, it's worth considering holding a stylish cocktail reception as an alternative to a seated wedding breakfast or inviting some guests for the evening reception only.

• Would you like to have the ceremony in the same location? The majority of Searcys venues are licenced for weddings and civil partnership ceremonies.

• Arrange the finishing touches. Searcys work with the best suppliers in the industry who can turn the wildest of dreams in to reality! We are happy to provide reccomendations for flowers, entertainment, photographers, wedding cakes & more. 

• Book a menu tasting. Searcys only offer seasonal menus, created from local sustainable produce and our Chefs are happy to design a bespoke menu based on your specific tastes & requirements.

• Decide on a colour scheme. To create a dazzling look for your wedding reception, think about the style of your venue and the colours used in the room where your reception will be held. Ask Searcys wedding planners for advice, discuss lighting options with the venue and consider incorporating colour in to napkins, tablecloths, chair covers and even glassware!

• Most importantly, relax and enjoy your day! Our dedicated team will be on hand throughout every step of the planning process to ensure your day is a fantastic one!
